  • Potential artists must be MAC Member Artists and listed on the SCAC Artist Directory.

  • SmartARTS prioritizes local artists with partner organizations or with deep, long-standing ties to the Greenville community.

Please note that we aim to maintain a diverse range of teaching artists, so we may not always be hiring for all art forms. Becoming a SmartARTS teaching artist is not a "sign-up" process; it requires applying based on our annual needs and available funding.

Teaching artists work in partnership with local Greenville County Teachers.
